What is a Massage, Polarity and Bodywork Session with Lewis like?
Lewis’ method can be gentle or deep depending on the needs of the client. Most of his sessions include Swedish massage, reflex work and energy balancing applied to specific points throughout the body. Special attention is focused on high stress areas including the scalp, ears, neck, shoulders, the back, the sacrum (lower back), arms, hands, legs and feet.
Sessions can be done western style on a massage therapy table or Asian style - on a yoga style mat. During the session the client is fully draped with a sheet and towels.
Sessions can be done with or without oils and generally last from 70-90 minutes.
The cost of a home visit session with Lewis is $150.
A session with Lewis at his office is $125 for the first session and $110 for subsequent visits.
Lewis travels constantly teaching, and working with his clients in over fifteen cities.
He is the author of nine books on massage, and alternative and complementary medicine, and is presently a member of the Board of Directors of the American Polarity Therapy Association. Lewis also sits on the advisory board for the Massage School at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine In New York City.
